Are you an effective problem solver and creative at finding solutions in the area of computer technology and networking? Do you thrive on providing consistently outstanding customer service? If you answered yes, then Kalamazoo Valley Community College may have the ideal part-time opportunity for you.

We are looking for part-time Computer Lab Assistants to provide support to student users of the computer lab, classrooms, AV support, and auditorium support. We are seeking to fill positions at the Texas Township Campus. These positions support all hours of college operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

* A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

* Prior computer related training or coursework is required.

* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Preferred Qualifications and

Experience:

* Knowledge of Americans With Disabilities Act and conformance level AA of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 is highly preferred.

* Experience with adaptive equipment and software applicable to higher education requirements is preferred.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
