Position Overview:

The Director of First Impressions is a high-impact role that helps define how customers, guests, and employees view our company from the very first interaction-whether in person, over the phone, or through email. This role blends front desk leadership, workplace presentation, and administrative coordination across multiple office locations. As an EOS company, Knight Watch values clarity, accountability, follow-through, and continuous improvement, and we are looking for a polished, highly organized professional who brings those qualities to every interaction.

This person will own our greeting desks, strengthen our brand presentation, and help create a workplace environment that is organized, professional, and ready for high-quality execution.

This position also serves as a central communication hub across our locations, helping keep teams connected and ensuring smooth, consistent operations throughout the organization.

We are seeking an exceptional Director of First Impressions for our Kalamazoo, MI location-someone who will help define how customers, guests, partners, and employees view Knight Watch from the very first moment.

• Be the welcoming face and voice of Knight Watch, creating a strong and lasting first impression for every visitor, customer, candidate, and guest who connects with our company.
