About the Role
We are looking for a skilled IT Automation Specialist to join our client’s team. This position is perfect for professionals experienced in process optimization, data integration, and technical troubleshooting. The successful candidate will streamline workflows using automation tools, enhance data-driven decision-making, and contribute to the company's technological efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities
Assess and refine current business operations to improve efficiency through automation.Develop and deploy automated solutions using programming languages and low-code platforms.Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support strategic initiatives.Maintain thorough documentation for all automation procedures.Partner with IT colleagues and business leaders to ensure seamless project execution.Offer technical assistance and training on implemented automation tools.Keep up with advancements in automation technologies and suggest relevant implementations.Help define business improvement strategies and support leadership in decision-making.Handle additional IT projects as required.Key Skills & Experience
Data Integration & Analysis: Experience in structuring and analyzing large datasets for operational insights.Process Optimization: Hands-on experience with Python, VBA, and advanced Excel tools (macros, pivot tables, Power Query).Issue Resolution: Ability to swiftly diagnose and troubleshoot technical challenges.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communication skills for aligning IT initiatives with business priorities.Technical Documentation: Expertise in process documentation and reporting.IT Support Expertise: Background in Level 2/3 IT support to maintain system efficiency.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).At least 2 years of experience in process automation and programming.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented professional.Benefits
