Brod Solutions is a lean DTC eCommerce agency helping US-based manufacturers grow online. We run structured 90‑day growth engagements and recurring managed services for brands on Shopify and Big Commerce. Our positioning is Revenue Clarity – we find the break in a client’s business and fix it.

OpportunityThis is a ground‑floor seat at a growing agency with real systems, real clients, and a clear growth path. You’ll work directly with the founder, own client relationships, and keep multiple projects moving at once, all while learning how a modern eCommerce agency actually operates.
We’re not looking for someone who has done this before. We’re looking for someone smart enough to learn fast, organized enough to keep things from slipping, and personable enough that clients look forward to hearing from them.
Core Responsibilities- Client communication — You’re the day‑to‑day point of contact. Clients should feel informed, confident, and well‑managed.
- Project coordination — Keep tasks, timelines, and team members on track inside our PM tool (Accelo).
- Milestone management — Catch risks early, flag blockers, and push projects across the finish line on time.
- Team coordination — Translate strategy into clear assignments for our dev, design, and analytics team members.
- Reporting — Help pull together monthly client performance summaries with our analyst.
- Naturally organized — you make lists, you follow up, nothing falls through the cracks.
- Great communicator — warm, clear, and confident on calls and in writing.
- Curious about digital marketing — you know what SEO, paid ads, and email mean and you want to learn more.
- Startup‑minded — you’ve worked in or around a fast‑moving, scrappy environment and you liked it.
- Self‑starter — you don’t wait to be told what to do next.
- Kalamazoo‑area preferred

This is a seat with real responsibility. You’ll own client outcomes, work directly with the founder on strategy, and build systems that shape how the company scales. - Starting at $25/hour based on experience ($52,000/year+)
