We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team! This position will be remote. It will require a highly organized and detailed person to support our project management team.
This role is Hybrid and can be in the following locations:
Kalamazoo, MI or Pittsburgh, PA or St. Louis, MO
. The expectation is to commute to the office 3 days per week.
Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate and direct activities on assigned project, such as timelines, milestones and resource allocation
- Complete administrative functions associated with project creation and close out in project management system
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes for project management related meetings
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to client and internal stakeholders
- General support of project management function
- Bachelor's degree in related field, such as Business, Engineering or Project Management
- Minimum of 3 years of applicable working experience
- Acute attention to detail, grammar, presentation, and process
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Experience with Dynamics 365
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana)
- Experience in industrial automation industry
The target annual base compensation range for this position is $60,, based upon relevant qualifications.
