Model N Lead
Location:
Kalamazoo, MI 100% Remote (EST/CST) 9+ Months
Job Description:
- Perform activities following Client's Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework and processes for Model N.
- Responsible for designing and implementing Revenue Management Model N solutions to support Client's business needs.
- Technical Design, Development, Testing and Delivery of solutions for Release Cycles and/or new projects within Commercial Landscape and application stack.
- Review and Govern Model N business process documents, application and technical specifications, test plans and cutover plans for go-live sites.
- Collaborate with other Global ERP Program teams, IT Business Partners, Build and Run teams, IT Vendors, various Infrastructure teams, and Business Deployment teams.
- Be able to support the business and recommend/provide holistic solutions that integrate the existing technical standards with the business needs and processes for Model N
- Develop both system and technical documentation for Model N
- Work with other IT teams along with business teams to deliver business solutions for the Model N application.
- Implementation experience in Products, Customers, Membership, Contracts, Rebates, Chargeback modules
- Experience in building APIs for consumer applications like CRM/ERP/Quoting applications
- Experience in Integrations with ERPs like: SAP/Oracle EBS/JDE
- Release Planning and Coordination:
Collaborate with product managers, development teams, and stakeholders to define release objectives, scope, and timelines. Determine the release strategy and prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes for each release cycle - Deployment and Rollout:
Coordinate the deployment of releases to production environments, including coordinating with operations teams and managing any necessary downtime or maintenance windows.
