Kalamazoo Valley is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to work as part of a team within information technologies to implement and maintain business intelligence solutions.

• Works with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs.
• Collaborates with other data professionals to analyze and extract data from multiple sources and transform it into useable formats.
• Automates data movement, transformation and refresh processes.
• Schedules and monitors routine reporting processes.
• Follows best practices to analyze, troubleshoot and support information systems to meet defined business requirements.
• Designs, develops, tests, implements and maintains reports and deliverables.
• Assists stakeholders and other data professionals with data quality validations.
• Provides production support, troubleshooting and performance optimization for business intelligence applications.
• Works with managers to provide role- and user-based security for access.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Appropriate education, training, experience and talents are requirements. An example of this would be an associate degree in computer science or a related field, and two (2) years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. .
