As an Agent in Training, you'll focus on driving new business, offering personalized insurance solutions, and contributing to a strong, collaborative team environment. Effective communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and dedication to helping clients protect what matters most are crucial. Prior sales experience or a proven record of goal achievement is required.

Key Responsibilities- Prospect and convert leads into insurance policies
- Consult with clients to recommend tailored coverage
- Sell and cross‑sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to agency success
- Utilize CRM tools for tracking leads and sales activities
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident making outbound sales calls
- Organized and eager to learn and grow
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Base salary + unlimited commissions
