What You Will Do - As Sourcing Manager, Strategic Sourcing, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving innovation, efficiency, and value across our global supply base. • Project Sourcing Leadership:
  Lead sourcing work streams for product transfers, in sourcing initiatives, and manufacturing transformation projects, ensuring supplier readiness, risk mitigation, and successful execution against quality, service, cost, and timeline objectives.
• Supplier Sourcing &
  
  Qualification:
  
  Identify, assess, select, and onboard suppliers through RFQs, capability assessments, supplier qualification activities, and Approved Supplier List (ASL) management to support project requirements.
• Commercial Strategy & Negotiation:
  Drive competitive sourcing outcomes through pricing negotiations, contract execution, cost reduction initiatives, and long‑term supplier agreements that deliver sustainable value.
• Component & Supply Chain Transfer Execution:
  Lead sourcing activities for component transfers, supplier transitions, and new SKU implementation across multiple commodity categories, ensuring seamless transition into production.
• Cross‑Functional Project Leadership:
  Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to manage supplier deliverables, qualification milestones, sample builds, and launch readiness activities.
• Stakeholder Communication &
  
  Risk Management:
  
  Proactively identify sourcing risks, develop mitigation plans, and provide clear updates to project teams and senior leadership on supplier performance, project status, and financial impact.

• 8+ years in Supply Management with focus on strategic sourcing and supplier development.
• Bachelors Degree
• Ability to negotiate effectively to obtain best prices and terms on products, materials, and services.
