Responsibilities- Efficiently and accurately perform work as outlined on repair orders, adhering to OEM standards.
- Conduct body repair work on vehicles, including fiberglass and composite repair.
- Utilize hand and power tools to remove or repair damaged parts, weld as necessary, and correctly install new parts.
- Work with a variety of materials including metals, plastics, glass, electrical, and mechanical parts.
- Engage in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events to enhance skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
- Knowledge in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and follow up as needed.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on punctuality and attendance.
- Must possess the necessary tools to perform tasks.
