• Efficiently and accurately perform work as outlined on repair orders, adhering to OEM standards.
• Conduct body repair work on vehicles, including fiberglass and composite repair.
• Utilize hand and power tools to remove or repair damaged parts, weld as necessary, and correctly install new parts.
• Work with a variety of materials including metals, plastics, glass, electrical, and mechanical parts.
• Engage in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events to enhance skills.

• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
• Knowledge in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and follow up as needed.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on punctuality and attendance.
• Must possess the necessary tools to perform tasks.
