• Develop and maintain cleaning schedules for multiple settings.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Provide training to team members on best practices and safety protocols.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with the team to identify innovative solutions to challenges.
• Lead and inspire the custodial team during evening hours (Monday - Friday or Sunday - Thursday, 6 PM to 2 AM).
