Custodian Full‑Time Nights Site Lead — Kalamazoo, MI

Position OverviewPerfection Commercial Services is a 30‑year‑old company that values employees as its greatest asset. We seek an energetic, highly motivated individual to manage nightly custodial duties for our clients’ facilities, ensuring cleanliness and safety for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.
Work Schedule & Compensation- Sunday – Thursday, 7 pm – 3 am
- Pay: $17.00 per hour
- Matching 401(k) retirement plan
- Sweeping, dusting, mopping & vacuuming
- Restroom cleaning
- Trash removal
- Routine custodial/janitorial tasks
- Disinfecting and touch‑point cleaning
- Sending down passdowns for the night
- Other related duties as assigned
- 18 years or older
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to perform repetitive motions (bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, squatting)
- Dependent, reliable attendance is a must
