The Senior Director of Community Engagement and Student Investment leads the development, coordination, and sustainability of community partnerships and resources that address student needs and advance organizational goals. This role oversees integrated service delivery across health, behavioral health, social-emotional learning, basic needs, mentoring, tutoring, academic supports, and parent engagement. The position provides strategic leadership to ensure resource cultivation that supports high-quality youth development practices, promotes collective investment in student outcomes, and leads domain-specific initiatives and projects.

As an organizational leader, this role collaborates closely with peer leaders to support strategic planning, organizational priorities, and continuous improvement.
