• Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational goals

Ideal background:

5+ yrs in HR Ops (healthcare/shared services), strong leadership, analytical mindset, and a passion for collaboration.

• Certifications: PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, within a healthcare or shared services setting.
