Supervises the daily activities of Guest and/or Volunteer services staff.
Responsibilities- Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and staffing levels.
- Provides orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to assigned staff. Assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
- Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs.
- Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols.
- Required Credential(s):
- None Required.
- High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note:
Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.
