Assembly/Finishing (Powder Coating) Team Member

Third Shift | Enjoy a consistent overnight shift with Fridays and Saturdays off — perfect for night owls or anyone who values flexibility during daytime hours.

NEW Starting Rate: $19/hr (base + shift diff). Plus Quarterly Bonuses — average $11,000 annually!

• Assemble, finish, and package beautiful, high-quality outdoor furniture
• Operate machinery and hand tools
• Read engineering drawings and maintain documentation
• Work with a close-knit team to hit production goals
• Keep our shop clean, safe, and organized

• Are reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Basic computer and math skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
