Metal Processing Area Team Member - 1st Shift

Role Overview
Metal Processing Area Team Member responsible for laser operation, roller, brake press, various saws, belt sanders and other duties as assigned. Experience preferred but not required.

• Operate laser, brake press, roller, CNC equipment, and other machinery.
• Use saws such as band saw, K‑saw, 5/8‑rod saw, frame saw, and hydro‑mechanical band saw.
• Operate belt sander, manual roller, and other hand tools.
• Use material handling equipment including pallet jacks, hoists, and transfer carts.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Carry out detailed instructions and basic math calculations.
• Adhere to production schedules and quality standards.
• Assist in change‑over of blades, belts, dies, and other tooling.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Base pay: $17 per hour + Quarterly Bonuses.
• Quarterly Bonus average $9,600 annually.
• Option 1:
  Mon‑Thu or Tues‑Fri (four 10‑hour shifts, 6:00 am‑4:30 pm).
• Option 2:
  Mon‑Fri (five 8‑hour shifts).
• Tuition Reimbursement for continuing education.
• Health Insurance (medical/dental/vision) eligible on first day.
• Vacation/Holiday Pay.
