The Manufacturing Supervisor plays a vital role in leading daily operations within a hands‑on, high‑tech machine build environment. You will oversee a team of skilled machine builders, prototype technicians, and assembly personnel responsible for delivering world‑class precision machinery.

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of machine builders, assemblers, and technicians
• Assign work, manage priorities, and ensure on‑time project execution
• Provide hands‑on leadership and mentorship while actively supporting the team on the floor
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and quality teams to resolve build challenges
• Interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and detailed work instructions
• Oversee assembly accuracy, alignment, and final machine performance
• Conduct daily team huddles to communicate goals, safety, and production targets
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient shop environment compliant with OSHA standards
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean initiatives
• Support troubleshooting, quality inspections, and final system testing

• 5+ years in manufacturing, machine building, CNC machining, or production assembly
• 3+ years of supervisory or team lead experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and blueprint interpretation skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities
• Hands‑on approach with a willingness to work alongside the team

• Background in precision machinery, automation, or automotive/EV systems
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or continuous improvement
• Technical training or certification in mechanical/industrial fields
