Production Lead

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the supervisor to assist in coordinating the daily activities of the production lines.
• Monitors the receiving, selection, and/or loading of warehouse products to ensure efficient flow of products in the warehouse.
• Monitors and prioritizes order fulfillment, and monitors staff break times.
• Assists in investigating variances.
• Assists in the department's administration function and record keeping, including weekly action incentive input and scoring, preparing meetings, and analyzing error ratios.
