Swoon is partnering with a leading manufacturing organization to find an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer in Kalamazoo, Michigan. This role is focused on providing technical support for automated production, improving process performance, and supporting equipment reliability.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and over 5 years of manufacturing experience, particularly with Allen-Bradley PLCs. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, mentoring team members, and contributing to Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
