What You'll Do:
As an Assembler, you will assemble stainless steel and aluminum components, following specifications, in a timely and efficient way.
Your Accountabilities in the Role- Receives and reviews the job assignment tickets and/or blueprints to understand project and customer specifications.
- Operates machinery and power tools to assemble products following specifications and manufacturing process to ensure efficiency and timeliness.
- Performs quality checks utilizing precision measuring tools and gauges on all finished products to ensure quality expectations are achieved.
- Cleans units and prepares for shipping to ensure products are shipped in a high-quality way on time.
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe work environment.
- Supports leaders and other team areas as needed to meet overall team goals.
- Education:
A HS Diploma or GED preferred; will consider an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. - Experience:
2+ years of assembly experience in similar industry preferred. Sheet metal experience would be a plus. Will train someone with strong attention to detail. - Certifications:
Ability to be forklift/crane certified would be a plus. - Functional
Skills:
Mechanically inclined with good dexterity to assemble and operate power tools; high attention to detail with an ability to read, understand, and apply procedures, specifications, blueprints and bill of material; strong problem-solving skills; basic math and counting skills are required. Critical thinking to solve issues independently or by getting assistance to ensure accuracy is important. - Technology

Pay is commensurate with proven expertise.
And, the compensation will grow as the team member grows!
Reports To: Shift Supervisor
Core
Hours:
Day Shift: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
Night Shift: 5:00 pm – 3:00 am
Typical Work Week: Mon-Thurs;
Fridays are OT as needed; 40-48 hours a week on average

Work Conditions: Manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise level, PPE required.
