Machine Operator - 3rd Shift

Work Schedule

Onsite schedule:
Sunday – Friday; 10:00pm – 6:30am.

Role may be performed fully onsite, fully remote, or in a hybrid arrangement. Remote and hybrid roles may require travel within the country of the job requisition location. Onsite roles are located at a Stryker facility, with some ad‑hoc flexibility based on role, level, and job requirements.

• Under general supervision, operate machinery and inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment while keeping accurate production records and maintenance logs.
• Adhere to site‑specific quality systems and processes.
• Identify and accurately record scrap, maintenance requests, and production documents.
• Operate simple manufacturing equipment, demonstrate machining/mechanical aptitude, and learn new responsibilities and tasks as needed.
• Train others on operational and/or documentation procedures as needed.
• Identify and appropriately report safety concerns, production issues, and documentation errors.
• Assist execution of continuous‑improvement projects.
• Effectively collaborate with peers, functional departments, and visitors of Stryker.

• Preferred education:
  
  High School diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Compensation: $20.50/hr. + $1.50 shift premium plus bonus eligibility and benefits.

  None.
