Machine Operator III - 3rd Shift

Sunday - Friday; 10:00pm - 6:30am

• Operate machinery and inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment.
• Keep accurate production records and maintenance logs.
• Adhere to site‑specific quality systems and processes.
• Identify and accurately record scrap, maintenance requests, and production documents.
• Operate simple manufacturing equipment and demonstrate machining/mechanical aptitude.
• Learn new responsibilities and tasks as needed.
• Train others on operational and/or documentation procedures.
• Identify and appropriately report safety concerns, production issues, and documentation errors.
• Assist execution of continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, functional departments, and visitors of Stryker.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two (2) years of manufacturing experience.
• Preferred: three (3) years of CNC experience.
• Experience with blueprint reading, measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new tasks.

Compensation: $23.80/hr + $1.50 shift premium plus bonus eligible + benefits.
