Position Overview:This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Project Coordinator who enjoys combining hands-on technical work with project coordination and customer support. In this role, you will help drive control panel and automation projects from panel build through programming, commissioning, and project completion.
The Technical Project Coordinator is responsible for taking control panel and automation projects from build through commissioning, working closely with internal teams, vendors, and site partners to keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule.

Panel Builds:
- Coordinate and support the build of control panels according to project specifications and drawings, and customer standards
- Review panel layouts, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials for accuracy and completeness
- Document all necessary technical information including MOD IDs, IP addresses, MAC addresses, firmware versions, and related system data.
- Verify component selection, labeling, and wiring quality prior to shipment
- Track panel build progress against project timelines and flag delays early
Programming:
- Develop, test, and troubleshoot control systems both in the shop and onsite with project partners.
- Ensure programming aligns with project scope, sequence of operations, and client requirements
- Maintain version control and documentation of program revisions
- Simulate and bench-test logic ahead of commissioning where possible
Commissioning:
- Lead and support on-site and remote commissioning of control systems with partners
- Perform functional testing, loop checks, and start-up procedures
- Resolve issues identified during commissioning quickly and document resolutions
- Confirm systems meet performance and safety requirements before project handoff
Shipping & Logistics:
- Coordinate shipping schedules for panels and equipment to meet project deadlines, documenting and communicating tracking information.
- Verify packing, labeling, and documentation for outgoing shipments
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or damage claims with carriers
Troubleshooting with Partners & Coordination:
- Serve as the technical point of contact for partners, vendors, and subcontractors
