Pay

$17.00/hour Quarterly Bonus Opportunities

Historical bonus payouts have averaged approximately $11,000 annually.

Schedule:

First Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm (When there is OT, it is on Fridays)

Enjoy a consistent overnight schedule with Fridays and Saturdays off.

How You Will Contribute
  • Work may include material prep, powder coating, woodworking, assembly, and packaging.
  • Safely use tools, machines, and required protective equipment.
  • Move materials and work around production equipment, including hot ovens.
  • Check parts and products to make sure they meet quality standards.
  • Help keep production running by supporting different work areas as needed.
  • Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to read work instructions and follow production processes

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Stand and move throughout the shift
  • Perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms
  • Work safely in a manufacturing environment
