Summit Polymers in Kalamazoo, MI, is seeking a Team Leader (FLSA Non Exempt) to train operators in standardized work and help remove bottlenecks on the production line. This role also fills in for utilities and operators as needed to ensure on-time production and quality.
You will support ongoing Lean initiatives, participate in problem solving with supervisors, and maintain production feedback tools while ensuring a safe, organized work area.
