We are currently hiring experienced Aluminum Bender Operators for our 1st and 2nd shift teams. This individual will be responsible for setting up and operating bending machines to shape metal components according to specifications. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Operate bending machines in accordance with prints and specifications
  • Interpret technical drawings and follow work instructions
  • Perform quality inspections using measurement tools such as calipers and gauges
  • Inspect equipment prior to use and perform routine maintenance adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with MIOSHA safety rules and ISO quality procedures
  • Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to resolve production issues
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area following 5S standards
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For
  • 2-5 years of related experience and/or training with reliable work history
  • Prior knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models (preferred)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, or similar operating systems
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Ability to speak clearly and effectively to others
  • Basic math skills
