• Assemble components and products according to work instructions and specifications.
• Safely operate hand tools and other assembly equipment.
• Accurately read and use a tape measure to verify dimensions and ensure product quality.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies to maintain high quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Identify and communicate quality or process concerns to leadership.

• Ability to use basic hand tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

• Following all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Properly using required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and other equipment as required.
• Safely operating hand tools and assembly equipment according to training and established guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area to reduce safety hazards and improve efficiency.
• Immediately reporting unsafe conditions, accidents, injuries, near misses, or damaged equipment to a supervisor.
• Participating in safety training and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Practicing proper lifting techniques and ergonomic work habits.
