Job Description
- Responsible for physical and electronic inventory control to achieve 100% inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate open orders, ship dates and available inventory with CSR, scheduling and carriers to guarantee 100% on-time shipments.
- Process shipping documents, electronically and manually.
- Meet customer shipping requirements, customer small packaging and palleting specs, approved carriers, services, and documentation for domestic and international shipments.
- Meet all customers shipping requirements by knowing which carriers, services, documentation and procedures to use, both domestic and international.
- Ability to read, write and do simple math
- Good mechanical ability
- Ability to complete forms and follow instructions
- Ability to read and interpret bills of material
- Ability to safely and properly load and unload product from trucks
- Forklift driving (sit down and stand up preferred)
