The Mission:
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Finance Director to lead our fundraising operations. You will be responsible for building the financial "fuel" that drives this campaign to the finish line.

• Fundraising Strategy:
  Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan, including major donor solicitation and grassroots campaigns.

• Donor Management:
  Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders; manage the donor database.

• Event Oversight:
  Plan and manage fundraising events, from small dinners to large-scale receptions.

• Call Time Management:
  Organize and manage the candidate's call time to maximize efficiency and results.

• Compliance:
  Work closely with the Legal Lead to ensure all fundraising activities meet state election laws and reporting requirements.

• Proven experience in political fundraising or non-profit development.

• Exceptional organizational skills and a "no-excuse" attitude toward hitting targets.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to represent the candidate professionally.
