* Ensure your traveler is aware and comfortable with the ratios. Ratios typically range between 1:5-6, but with call‑ins they can move up to 1:7. We are actively onboarding new travelers on the unit each week to reduce the workload when there is a call‑in. The unit is starting the hiring process for PCTs.
