Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Level 1 Trauma Emergency Department position in Michigan, requiring TNCC and a minimum of 2 years of recent ED experience.
Responsibilities- Hospital Emergency Department (ED) setting
- Level 1 Trauma Center environment
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:30
- Every other weekend required
- No call or float requirements
- Block scheduling is not available
- Holiday coverage required as needed by the unit; RTO for holidays cannot be accommodated
- Must be clocked in and ready for report at the start of the assigned shift
- Active Michigan RN license required
- Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), and TNCC
- Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience strongly preferred
- Level 1 Trauma experience strongly recommended
- Preferred certifications: ENPC, NIH Stroke Scale, and CPI
