Please ensure your traveler is aware and comfortable with the ratios. The ratios typically range between 1:5-6, however, with call-ins the ratios can move up to 1:7. We are actively onboarding new travelers on the unit each week to reduce the workload when there is a call-in. They are starting the hiring process for PCT support

Additional Information: 4N is a 46 bed surgical unit. Their main patient population is trauma surgery, post bariatric surgery, post abdominal surgery, post amputation surgery, urological issues, etc. They also take overflow medically and cardiac.
