As our Home Health Care RN Clinical Manager
, you’ll be the heartbeat of our clinical operations. Your days will be filled with purpose as you:

• Provide clinical oversight for Home Health nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
• Review and approve OASIS assessments, care plans, and documentation
• Support field clinicians with education, coaching, and problem‑solving
• Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings
• Monitor quality metrics and assist with performance improvement initiatives
• Triage clinical concerns and collaborate with physicians and referral partners
• Ensure timely, accurate, and complete documentation
• Support onboarding and ongoing training for clinical staff
• Promote a positive, supportive, patient‑centered culture

• Active RN license in Michigan
• Home Health experience required (OASIS experience strongly preferred)
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Solid understanding of OASIS and home health regulations
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and team‑building abilities
