Charge Nurse; LPN​/RN - SNF - Evening Shift

Position: Charge Nurse (LPN/RN) - SNF - Evening Shift (7p-11p)

Friendship Village is seeking a compassionate and energetic RN/LPN to join our skilled nursing team that is responsible for the overall nursing care/service on his/her shift, including accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls, as indicated.

This very part-time (7p-11p) one weekend day and one weekday every two weeks, Our Health Center has a Great Staff-Resident Ratio currently at an average of 16 residents.

Wage breakdown

* LPN: $29.00/hour base pay plus years of experience
* $0.50/hour shift differential
* $3.40/hour Michigan wage pass-through
* = $32.90/hour starting rate

* RN: $35.00/hour base pay plus years of experience
* $0.50/hour shift differential
* $3.40/hour Michigan wage pass-through
* = $38.90/hour starting rate

Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing each day as an LPN/RN:

* Supervises direct care of residents and nursing personnel on their shifts.

* Administers direct care as necessary.

* Gives and receives shift reports.

* RN or LPN currently licensed by the State.

* At least 6 months nursing experience. Geriatric involvement is preferable.
