Inpatient 7 on​/7 off | Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)

Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off (week on / week off)

Salary: Up to $160,000/year

We are seeking dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP‑BC) or Physician Assistants (PA‑C) to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high‑impact clinical environment with a flexible 7 days on/7 days off schedule, providing comprehensive care to patients while collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team.

• Provide psychiatric care to patients in accordance with clinical guidelines
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage ongoing patient care
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality outcomes
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records
• Participate in team huddles and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Active MI license
• Active DEA
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient psychiatry or behavioral health hospital experience preferred.
• New graduates with an active state NP or PA license are welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
