About the RoleWe are seeking dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP‑BC) or Physician Assistants (PA‑C) to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high‑impact clinical environment with a flexible 7 days on/7 days off schedule, providing comprehensive care to patients while collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Provide psychiatric care to patients in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage ongoing patient care
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality outcomes
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records
- Participate in team huddles and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Active MI license
- Active DEA
- Minimum 1 year of inpatient psychiatry or behavioral health hospital experience preferred.
- New graduates with an active state NP or PA license are welcome to apply.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
