Bronson Family Medicine Stadium is seeking to hire a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their busy established Family Medicine Practice.

• Full spectrum family practice patients
• Work alongside two physicians and three APPs
• No OB or inpatient medicine opportunity
• Hospital‑employed, full‑time outpatient only position
• Team approach with Ambulatory Care Manager, clinical pharmacy support, social worker, and nurse triage

• Perform comprehensive and problem‑focused patient histories and physical examinations.
• Interpret laboratory and radiologic tests, correlate subjective and objective data, and formulate a diagnosis.
• Develop and implement treatment plans within scope of practice under physician direction.
• Conduct inpatient and outpatient patient care as required.
• Utilize word processing, spreadsheet, presentation programs, and other software relevant to the job.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, including using SBAR technique.
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team and facilitate patient progress toward outcomes.
• Assist in clinical management, quality measures, and appropriate preventative measures.
• Perform utilization review and determine appropriate level of care or need for transfer to a hospital setting.
• Maintain accurate documentation for billing, medical care, orders, and progress notes.

• Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current unrestricted or pending licensure in the state of Michigan.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and quality patient‑centered care.
• Prescriptive authority and collaborative agreement with oversight physician(s) for PA participants.
• Maintenance of all requirements for medical staff privileges.
