** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Under the supervision of the Grounds Management Team, the grounds attendant will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to:
** Daily mowing of both golf course and landscape turf, using walking and riding mowers
* General landscape maintenance tasks using rakes, shovels and other landscape hand tools
* Operation of debris blowers, string trimmers, chainsaws and other small power tools, trimmers and equipment
* Operating golf course carts and utility vehicles
* Golf course set up work, including sand bunker maintenance, divot filling, filling water coolers, changing hole locations, moving tee markers, etc.
* Working on landscape beds, watering flowers, planting, clean up, etc.
* Cleaning of equipment and maintenance areas
* Assist in all tasks and duties as assigned#
** What You Need for this Position
*** Ability and willingness to work extended hours, including weekend and holiday shifts
* Ability and willingness to work outdoors, subject to pre-dawn hours and adverse conditions such as heat, cold and rain
* Perform manual/physical labor for extended periods
* Physical agility to push/pull, squat, twist, turn, sit or stand for extended periods of time
* Lift a minimum of 50lbs., unassisted
* Ability to safely operate motorized equipment
* Must have reliable transportation to and from work
* Comply with all rules and regulations as stated, whether verbal or written
* Work as a productive, respectful team member with other golf course / club staff# # #
