Salary Range: $66,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Kalamazoo that are seeking skilled Quality Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• Supervise and train quality technicians and inspectors.
• Conduct root cause analysis for product defects and non-conformances.
• Manage the calibration and maintenance of quality testing equipment.
• Oversee internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
• Analyze quality data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA, CSSBB)
• Experience with ISO 9001 implementation or auditing
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace)
