Job Description
Position Summary: The Process Technician is the technical leader on shift for the assigned work team.

- Coordinates and facilitates the addition of new equipment or products into work team activities to ensure that teams are comfortable utilizing the equipment/product

- Prioritizes and allocates team resources, pulls defined help chains, and returns the team to the defined standard
- Costing
- Provides accurate and timely cost data for the new products and existing products that require changes. Maintains all estimating assumptions based on material and production line constraints.
- Continuous Improvement Activities
- Executes the Plan, Do, Check, Act process to assist in the continual improvement of results achieved through various tools, such as A3, Storyboards, War Room and SAPQ1/Q3
- Project Coordination
- Coordinates and facilitates assigned projects into work team activities.
Knowledge/Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Must be a Self‑starter
- Set up experience, 2 years preferred
- Have Thermoforming tooling knowledge
- Has operated thermoforming or extrusion equipment, Operator 4 or 5 old system, Operator 2 or 3 new system
- Scheduling knowledge
- Good Excel and project knowledge.

Educational Requirements: Associates Degree or Equivalent Experience
