CMM & Vision Systems Programmer

Air-Way is searching for a CMM & Vision Systems Programmer to join our team.

This is a salaried, non-exempt position that will work between the Edgerton, Ohio and Hamilton, Indiana facilities.

Essential responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and production teams, and assist with resolving quality issues.
• Perform routine maintenance & calibration checks on CMM equipment.
• Complete inspection documentation and report discrepancies.
• Train other personnel as needed.
• Develop and maintain inspection programs for Keyence Vision Measurement Systems.
• Create and maintain programs for Fowler Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
• Interpret Engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications.
• Develop inspection methods for new products and engineering revisions.

The preferred candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technology, Quality Systems, or equivalent training.
• Experience programming vision inspection systems or CMM equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
• CAD experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and 1
  
  ATF 16949 quality systems.

Job Type:Full-Time

Pay:$58,000 – 62,000
