, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to 'Own the Night' by predicting the flow of business during a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership style should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers. It also involves taking pride in knowing that your leadership as an Insomniac contributes to a productive and enjoyable night for your store!

WHAT WILL I DO AS A SHIFT LEADER?
* Provide outstanding customer service and quality products to all guests throughout their experience in our bakery
* Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift, communicating relevant information, monitoring production efficiency, holding the team accountable to standards and procedures, and assisting in training and coaching team members
* Ensure a safe, clean environment for guests and staff, adhering to safe food handling practices
* Manage cash handling and deposits
DESIRED SKILLS/
EXPERIENCE:
* At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
* Experience with Point of Sale systems
* Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented and results-driven
* Ability to lead by example and motivate others
* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
* Legally eligible to work in the United States
* Must be 18 years or older
