Store Manager

The Store Leader is the heart and soul of the store, working with a leadership team to execute merchandising and marketing initiatives, drive profitability, develop staff, and ensure customers are well taken care of.

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, and encouraging productivity.
• Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures.
• Perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

• High School diploma or GED preferred; not required if you have at least one year of retail management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance during employment.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel).
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle daily operational duties.
