Store Manager - Store 4680

GPM Investments - 3523 East Main Street - Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.;
Lead and inspire a team of 8–15 employees across all shifts.;
Cover shifts including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.;
Perform all duties of store employees including running the register, stocking, cleaning, and maintenance of the store and fuel pumps.;
Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions and key items.;
Recruit, hire, and train new team members; focus on growth, accountability, and teamwork.;
Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.;
Handle banking and cash deposits; maintain valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.;
Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.;
Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals.;
Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives.;
Be willing to take on cross-training and manage deli or QSR operations when necessary.
