• Maintain compliance with company policies and federal labor laws.
• Operate the store in the manager's absence.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience beneficial.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret procedures, perform basic math, and learn cash register functions.
• Knowledge of inventory, merchandising, cash handling, and safety procedures.
• Ability to solve problems and adapt to limited standardization.
• Bilingual skills may be preferred depending on location.
