Retail Sales Associate

Wednesday availability is required

We’re look for an upbeat, detail-oriented person to join our retail team! The Retail Sales Associate (RSA) will work at Kalamazoo Candle Company. The RSA will ensures an exceptional store experience for guests and assists in meeting company objectives.

• At all times ensure a worthwhile experience for all guests entering the store
• Greet and assist guests
• Instruct and assist customers in candle making and other experiences
• Provide information and educate customers on our candles
• Operate and maintain accuracy of register
• Assists in the merchandising of products, including checking in inventory
• Regularly inspects and ensures cleanliness and organization of the store
• Assists other team members with tasks as needed
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and friendly atmosphere for all that enter store

• Honesty, transparency, and candor are expectations of all the work at KCC
• Represent KCC in a positive way at all times
• Comply with all KCC policies, handbooks, and guidelines
• All other duties as assigned.

• Evening availability is required.

This is a Part Time position for 15-25 hours per week.
