• Assist Sales staff with greeting customer and providing customer service.
• Assist the Sales Manager by providing sales and delivery backup.
• Assist with the maintenance and appearance of the lot and inventory.
• Must be dependable, enjoy working with the public, have good communication skills, and be computer literate.
• Be the first point of contact for customer disputes and concerns.
• Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained and submit orders for processing; including title transfers and procurement. Maintain customer records, using manual and automated systems.
• Comply with state and federal laws for vehicle sales and financing.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years’ experience in Sales and/or Customer Service (automotive experience not necessary).
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record to drive Company cars as needed.
• Full-time availability during Car City store hours with a few later nights on Mondays/Wednesdays until 8pm and Saturday availability. Flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift 25-30 lbs.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication including verbal, written, and phone skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to prepare customer paperwork as needed using basic math and administrative skills.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, ethics, and equality.
• Ability to maintain high levels of multi-tasking in an organized and detailed manner.
• Self-motivated, team player with a high degree of problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Physical Demands: ability to sit for extended periods of time and walk throughout the store and car lot as needed.
