Responsibilities
  • Selling our programs and services to current and prospective customers through means of phone calls to explain types and value of services offered.
  • Generating additional sales revenues by cross‑selling to current customers.
  • Answering questions to overcome resistance and objections, quoting prices, negotiating with customers and closing the sale.
  • Accurate data entry of all customer information into computer software program.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
