As an Agent in Training, you'll focus on building new business, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and thriving within a collaborative, high-performing team. Strong communication, a passion for sales, and a commitment to helping clients safeguard what matters are a must. Prior sales experience or a proven ability to meet goals is required.

• Identify and convert new prospects into policyholders
• Advise clients on insurance options that fit their needs
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with continuous support
• Reach individual sales goals and contribute to agency growth
• Utilize CRM software to organize leads and track client engagement

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls
• Organized, motivated, and eager to learn
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
