About the RoleWe are partnering with a global industrial materials organization seeking a Technical Sales Manager to support growth across building materials, industrial applications, coatings, and specialty manufacturing markets. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative industrial sales, relationship-driven business development, and working with technical products that become components within widely used commercial and consumer applications.

- Conduct customer visits, trade shows, and industry presentations
- Develop sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and growth plans
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision makers
- Support market research and application development initiatives
- Utilize ERP and CRM systems for pricing, forecasting, and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of industrial or technical sales experience
- Experience with in building materials, industrial products, specialty chemicals, coatings, or related industries strongly preferred
- Proven relationship management and business development success
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 30–50%
- ERP/SAP experience preferred
